Demetrios Panos

Demetrios was born and raised in the Chicagoland Area. He received a Bachelors in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Structural Engineering from The University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.  Demetrios is a licensed Professional Engineer, Structural Engineer and Real Estate Broker. 

After spending nearly 15 years in various aspects of the Construction and Real Estate industries Demetrios helped found Peak Custom Homes in 2015.  Day to day, Demetrios is in charge of design, pursues new acquisition opportunities as well as the company’s financing and investor relations responsibilities.  Demetrios is an avid Chicago Bulls and Cubs fan and considers himself a “foodie”.  Demetrios lives in the western Chicago suburbs with his beautiful wife and 3 kids.

Tim Damis

Tim was born and raised in the Chicagoland Area.  He received a Bachelors in Finance and Business Administration from DePaul University.  Tim is a licensed Real Estate Managing Broker.

Tim has been active in the real estate community since 1997 and has been a General Contractor focusing on residential projects since 2006.  Tim helped found Peak Custom Homes in 2015.  One of the many tasks Tim is in charge of is managing all of the subcontractors on the Peak Custom Homes projects.  Tim lives in the western Chicago suburbs with his amazing wife and 3 kids.
